The perfect pleated wool plaid wrap mini skirt with silver buckles attached with black leather straps and a large silver safety pin. Has velcro strip inside top waist for adjustable wrap fit. Looks like 1970s/80s. Shown clipped on dress form 4" (shown in side photo).
